Your safety is our priority. Each tour begins with a 15-20 min hands-on briefing and a practice lap on a closed circuit. Only then do we start the 15-30 km route, tailored to the group's skill level. We adhere to strict safety protocols, providing certified gear (DOT/ECE helmets, gloves, goggles) and radio communication between guides. We maintain a 1:5 guide-to-rider ratio, with a lead guide and a sweep. We offer a two-up ATV option and a support vehicle on longer routes. At altitudes of 3,200–3,800 m, our guides are trained in first aid and altitude sickness management.

Our treks feature daily stages of 6–18 km and 300–900 m of elevation gain, with a pace adapted to the group. Safety is paramount: every tour includes a detailed briefing, a comprehensive first-aid kit, oxygen, and a satellite phone on remote routes. We recommend 1–2 days of prior acclimatization in Cusco (3,400m), especially for the dry window from May to September. Our guides hold WFR (Wilderness First Responder) certification, and we provide a suggested gear list, manage permits, and enforce clear evacuation and weather contingency policies.
