ATV Tour to the Abode of the Gods – Cusco

• Is previous experience required to ride the ATVs? No, it is not necessary. Before starting the route, our guides will give you a safety briefing and a 10 to 15-minute riding practice so you can feel comfortable with the vehicle.
• What does this tour include? It includes hotel pick-up (near the historic center), round-trip tourist transportation, a professional bilingual guide (Spanish / English), an ATV in excellent condition, complete safety equipment (helmet and gloves), an instruction briefing, and permanent assistance from our staff.
• What services are NOT included? The entrance ticket to the Abode of the Gods is not included (Foreigners: S/ 20.00 | Nationals: S/ 15.00), nor meals (breakfast, lunch, or snacks), passenger insurance, tips, or personal expenses.
• How long does the experience last? The tour has an approximate total duration of 5 hours, from hotel pick-up to return to the city center.
• Are the ATVs shared? Yes, each ATV can be used individually or shared by 2 people (driver and passenger). Minors under 18 years old must always ride as passengers.
• What is the minimum age to participate? The minimum age to drive an ATV is 18 years old. Children over 8 years old may participate as passengers accompanied by an adult.
• What time are the pick-ups? We offer flexible departures. Pick-ups are generally between 07:00 a.m. and 03:00 p.m., previously coordinated according to your preference and availability.
• What will we see at the Abode of the Gods (Apukunaq Tianan)? You will see impressive contemporary sculptures up to 8 meters high, carved in stone, representing Andean deities such as Pachamama, the Puma, the three-dimensional portal, and the Creator.
• Is great physical effort required? No, the difficulty level is easy. The ATV ride takes you directly to the complex, and the walk inside the site to see the sculptures is short and light.
• Is it necessary to bring cash? Yes, it is essential to bring cash in Peruvian soles to pay the entrance fees on site, as well as for any extra expenses or tips, since there are no ATMs in the area.
• What happens if the weather is unfavorable? The activity normally operates under light rain. In case of extreme weather conditions that could compromise safety, the tour may be rescheduled.

• The tour has flexible departures between 07:00 a.m. and 03:00 p.m.; schedules must be coordinated according to availability.
• The maximum altitude reached is 3,850 m.a.s.l. in the Abode of the Gods area.
• It is mandatory to present an original identification document (passport for foreigners, national ID for locals).
• Weather conditions may vary; the tour operates normally under light rain but may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or people with serious back injuries due to the movement of the ATV.
• The minimum age to drive is 18 years old; minors may participate as passengers accompanied by an adult.
• We have double ATVs; 2 people (driver and passenger) can ride in the same vehicle.
• It is essential to follow all safety instructions and wear protective equipment (helmet and gloves) during the route.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before and during the activity.
• The ATV route lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes per section (round trip).
