DESCRIPTION
This tour is a unique combination of adrenaline, nature, and living culture. We depart from Cusco very early in the morning, heading to the ATV base located in Ichupata. On the way, we make a stop in Cusipata to enjoy an Andean buffet breakfast, ideal for starting the adventure with energy. After a safety briefing, we will begin our ATV tour for 1 hour and 20 minutes, traversing fully marked mountain routes. During the journey, we will observe the Ausangate glacier, Andean communities, landscapes with llamas and alpacas, and a river that originates from the snow-capped mountain. Upon reaching the end point of the ATV tour, we will take a hike of approximately 40 to 50 minutes, during which we will visit up to two high-Andean lagoons: ● Ausangate Lagoon, with crystal clear waters. ● Qorisonco Lagoon, the most outstanding for its turquoise color, ideal for photographs. We will also pass by other smaller lagoons, such as the striking Pucacocha lagoon. The entire tour takes place amidst high-altitude landscapes and impressive natural scenery. After the hike, we return by ATV (1 hour) to Ichupata, and from there we head back to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch with typical Andean dishes. Finally, we begin the return trip to Cusco, arriving in the afternoon.
