    The «Qori Simpas» association will welcome you and share Andean stories, in addition to offering a visit to the Archaeological Center of Cuper Bajo and the opportunity to participate in traditional agricultural activities. You will enjoy a lunch prepared with local products, which includes typical dishes such as baked guinea pig, second of lisas, hulled quinoa, among others, accompanied by drinks made with regional plants. Before finishing, the association will provide a brief explanation about the textile process and demonstrate handmade garments. Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco.
